    “small t” traumas—those less obvious but still deeply impactful experiences:

    Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based treatments such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma-focused experiential therapies, art therapy, and approaches tailored for complex trauma and dissociation. We provide a safe, supportive environment where healing is possible, and where clients can work toward restoring a sense of safety, identity, and emotional regulation.

  • Children and Adolescents face a range of emotional, neurological, and behavioral challenges as they navigate their development.  Some of these struggles can be:
